Title Deed Loans
You can borrow up to 50% of the value of your land or house and repay within a period of up to 12 months. Below are minimum requirements for title deed loans.
Requirements
- Original title deed
- Bank statements for the last 6 months
- Copy of identity card and KRA PIN
- Colour passport size photo
- Post-dated cheques for the duration of the loan
- Duly signed spousal consent forms
- Duly signed charge documents in triplicate
